Every order that is shipped by us (To door or To counter) is assigned a unique tracking number by the courier company concerned. Once your order has been dispatched your tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can expect this email to come from dispatch@mammothoutdoor.co.za.

To door shipping

If you order was dispatched To door you can track your order on the UTi website: www.sun.co.za. Enter the tracking number sent to you via email to check on the progress of your order.

To counter shipping

If you order was dispatched To counter you can track your order on the Speed Services website: www.speedservices.co.za. Enter the tracking number sent to you via email to check on the progress of your order.

Own collection

If you chose to collect your order from our showroom in Cape Town you will be notified via email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. If it has taken longer than expected to receive a notification that your order is ready, please email sales@mammothoutdoor.co.za or give us a ring on 0861 000 370.
