Wrong size or colour? We understand that sometimes your purchase just isn’t what you were looking for. As a result we offer you the following returns policy.

1.) Should you not be satisfied with your purchase within the first 5 days of receipt please contact our sales staff on sales@mammothoutdoor.co.za.

2.) Our sales staff will then get back to you and find out whether you'd like to ship your order back yourself OR if you'd like us to take care of that for you. If you'd like to ship your order back yourself our shipping address is listed below:

Returned goods are shipped at your own expense. Refunds of postage will only be paid for the return of faulty goods or if there was an error during dispatch.

3.) Once your order arrives at our offices we’ll do a quick check to make sure it’s in its original packaging and everything is where it should be.

4.) Once we’re satisfied everything is in its place we’ll send you the exchange item/items requested or issue you with a credit note should you wish to make another purchase in the future. Shipping from Mammoth back to you on exchanges is free of charge. In the event that you do not wish to exchange your purchase or accept a credit note, we'll issue you with a refund. Please note that refunds exclude the original cost of shipping.

* Mammoth Outdoor reserves the right to charge a 15% handling fee should any purchases be returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Climbing equipment returns policy

Please note that for your safety we are unable to exchange or issue a refund for any new and unused climbing equipment once it has left our premises. Please bear this in mind before you make your purchase.
