Mammoth Outdoor accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards, bank transfers and cash payments. We unfortunately don't accept cheques or debit cards.

All our online payments are processed by MyGate and First National Bank. All sensitive information on our site, from logging in to the entire payment process is encrypted and therefore totally secure. Our security certificate is issued by Thwate.

Payment Options

When checking out you'll be asked to choose between three payment options:

1. Credit card
2. Bank Transfer
3. Collect and pay

Credit card

Paying by credit card is the easiest and most convenient method of payment. As mentioned above, all sensitive information is encrypted and totally secure. If you feel uncomfortable with purchasing online using your credit card, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can authorize your credit card over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club International credit cards.

Bank transfer

If you have selected EFT as your payment option while checking out you will be requested to make payment to the bank details listed below. These bank details will also be found on your invoice which will be emailed to you.

After you have made the payment please e-mail proof of payment to sales@mammothoutdoor.co.za. Should you prefer to fax us your proof of payment you can do so to 086 657 6224. Please state your order number as a reference. Please note that the order process will not begin until payment has been received. That is, your order won't be picked, packed or dispatched until we receive your proof of payment.

Collect and pay

We'll let you know via email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Drop by to collect your order within five working days of notification.

Mammoth's showroom is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (closed weekends and public holidays). Please note that we only accept cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) payments in our showroom. Debit cards and cheques are unfortunately not accepted. Our physical address is as follows:
