1. Service and advice
Here at Mammoth Outdoor we love what we do - we have a passion for the outdoors and the gear we sell. You can always expect the best possible service and the most honest advice available. We have no brand loyalties, our goal is to get you into the outdoors with exactly the right gear - first time! If you are ever unhappy with the service or advice you've received simply contact us and we'll resolve the matter immediately - no issue is too small!
2. Price matching
Found a better price elsewhere? Mammoth Outdoor will match the price of any item sold by any retailer in South Africa provided the product can be found on our website and is the identical item. Simply let us know where you've found the better deal, how much it costs and we'll match the offer. Please note price matching is subject to verification and is not applicable to sale items.
3. Payment and shipping
Mammoth Outdoor provides three easy ways to pay for and ship your gear. Pay using your Visa or Mastercard, a bank transfer or cash. Ship your goods to the Post Office counter using Speed Services, to your door using UTi or collect yourself if you're in the Cape Town area. Insurance is always available should you wish to be extra careful.

4. Returns and exchanges
Wrong size or colour? We understand that sometimes your purchase just isn’t what you were looking for. As a result we offer you the following returns policy. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase within the first 5 days of receipt please contact our sales staff on sales@mammothoutdoor.co.za. Our sales staff will then get back to you and find out whether you'd like to ship your order back yourself OR if you'd like us to take care of that for you. If you'd like to ship your order back yourself our shipping address. Returned goods are shipped at your own expense. Refunds of postage will only be paid for the return of faulty goods or if there was an error during dispatch. Once your order arrives at our offices we’ll do a quick check to make sure it’s in its original packaging and everything is where it should be. Once we’re satisfied everything is in its place we’ll send you the exchange item/items requested or issue you with a credit note should you wish to make another purchase in the future. In the event that you do not wish to exchange your purchase or accept a credit note, we'll issue you with a refund. Please note that refunds exclude the original cost of shipping. Return shipping on exchanges is free of charge.

5. Warranties
All of our products are sourced from authorized distributors or directly from the manufacturers themselves. As such all product warranties are meticulously honored - and we make sure of it.
